Surebed.com is a web-based service company that provides online platform through which hotel and motel operators can advertise their rooms and other amenities, and for customers to make online reservations.

Terms of Use

By making a reservation through Surebed.com, you enter into a direct agreement with the operator of the hotel and motel at which you booked. From the point at which you make your reservation, Surebed.com act solely as an intermediary between you and the operator, transmitting the details of your reservation to the operator and sending you a confirmation email and/or sms for and on behalf of the operator.

When providing you with the relevant information, the details that we disclose are those provided to us by the hotel and motel operators. These operators are given access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information displayed on our website. Although we are maintaining the website and the applications connected with it, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, misleading or false information, or non-delivery of or failure to avail of the services for which the reservation was made due to force majeure, power breakdowns, or willful intentions of anybody. The hotel and motel operators remain responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information displayed on our website, and the delivery or provision of the services which were reserved. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or rating of any accommodations or services made available.

The Site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and the services offered by the Site are not available to minors. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to reserve a room on this website. Prices and Best Price Guarantee

Although the prices of the rooms and other services of the hotel and motel in our website are provided by the operators, we have taken steps to ensure that same are the best rates that can be availed of in the online reservation industry.

All prices on the Surebed.com website are displayed inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email.

Sometimes lower or cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay on a specific hotel or motel, however, these rates made by the respective operators carry special restrictions and conditions. Please verify from the operator the details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

Obvious errors and mistakes, including misprints, are not binding. All special offers and promotions are marked as such.

Privacy and Cookies

It is the objective of Surebed.com that the privacy of our guest is priority. In fact, this is what made us to conceive this website and application. Your identity and other information will remain private and confidential and we undertake not to disclose the same to anybody. The surest way of doing this is not collecting any personal information from our guest. We identify our guests by using Reference Codes and PIN numbers that are provided through our SMS notification upon successful booking.

Our Fees

Our fees are provided under our memorandum of agreement with the operators of the hotel or motel with which you make your confirmed reservation.

Reservation Payment

Reservations made at Surebed.com would be paid through secure online payment system. Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card, PayPal , or bank account to the bank account of the hotel or motel operator through a third party payment processor. It is only when your payment through your credit card/debit card, or ATM bank account, has been made that your reservation can be confirmed and entered into the hotel/motel slots.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

In making reservation through Surebed.com, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of Surebed.com, and to the hotel or motel operator, as well as to any additional terms and conditions applicable to your choice of reservation or during your stay.

When making confirmed reservation, the guest cannot, as a rule, cancel the transaction for whatever reason. The only time guests can make cancellation is when a reservation is made 3 days in advance of the intended check-in, and the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the intended check-in time. For reservations that are not made 3 days in advance, cancellations do not apply.

Please check the room details thoroughly for any conditions prior to making your reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are at the guests' risk. No show, failure to like and accept reserved rooms, power failure, typhoons and other calamities , etc., shall not entitle the guests to any refund.

Note that there are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts, no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or hurricanes, etc.

We recommend that you read carefully the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy herein contained prior to making your reservation.

Confirmation email/SMS

After successfully completing a booking, the online bookers will receive an email or sms which will contain information about the reservation, the reference number and pin code. This information is important as it will be the relevant passes to the hotel/motel's accommodation.

However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the accommodation as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the accommodation provider or other business partners, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the accommodation or any of our other business partners (including any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies) whose products or service are (directly or indirectly) made available, offered or promoted on or through the website, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

Whether the property you stay at charges you (or has charged you) for your room, or we are facilitating the payment of the room price, you agree and acknowledge that the property is at all times responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the room price to the relevant tax authorities. Surebed.com is not liable or responsible for the remittance, collection, withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on the room price to the relevant tax authorities.

Intellectual property rights

The software required for Surebed.com used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and any materials on our website are owned by Techtable Inc. who exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights of, including the look and feel as well as infrastructure of the website, on which the service is made available and no one is allowed to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link , publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content or our brand without our express written permission. Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behaviour will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
